Ohio Voters Want Medical Marijuana
In this off schedule podcast, I talk about my local city government and how they quietly buried a prohibition on medical marijuana in our city.
The voters in the State of Ohio voted last year allowing medical marijuana to become a lawful industry in the state. However, state officials left it up to the individual municipalities to decide whether or not to allow it.

My city had passed two moratoriums prohibiting it, and then permanently blocked it by including it in a giant legislation package focused on city-wide zoning changes to the business district.
Watch to find out why I'm upset about this and hear my statement to city council before their vote.
